This hour long class devoted to 'jump' focuses on quads, glutes and core! If you're not huffing and puffing a much as I was by the end, I'll be deeply disappointed.  

So sorry about the continuous reference to Footbar instead of Jumpboard.  In my defense I've been jumping on a Footbar for the past 3 years and you can't teach an old dog new tricks!
