This 35 min, no equiptment, Pilates High Intensity class aims to fatigue each muscle group by repeating on one side till the muscle reaches exhaustion before switching to the other.  So there's no alternating allowing for a moment of respite, just continuous muscle activity. 

We start with glutes and legs, move onto Obliques and end with arms. Warning: you may feel a little 'trembly' for the rest of the day...
