Did you know that getting up off the floor without using the hands is a sign of longevity?

This 30 min Pilates High Intensity Class focuses on firing the trunk muscles to bring us up to kneeling and standing positions from side lying and prone.  After a 10 min warm up session of spine and hips we work thorugh several progressions to train the core muscles responsible for sitting us up and bending to the side.
