This powerful 40 min 'Reformer Fix' class uses the handweights and short box on the lowered footbar. I red spring throughout. Perfect if you're short on time but still gotta have that 'Reformer Fix!'

The class is split into three sections. The first section targeting core and upper body strength and stamina. The second sections allows the shoulders to take a break and focuses on the backline. Then we return to the first section again to repeat on the other side!
