This 30 min Pilates High Intensity Class is all about FLOW. I try and create flowing movements in all my classes but this is the ultimate, switching fluidly from one plane of movement to the next. Transitioning from frontline to backline, staying focused continually on core control. No props used, but if you wanted to up the ante you could strap on some ankle-weights and pick up high hand-weights.
